I am looking to do large shodo work with black paint or ink and a huge oversized brush the size of a broom. What paper do you recommend to hold up to the weight of the paint... and what sizes do you have to offer? Thank You.
Sounds like an interesting project. Oversize - depends how big you're looking to go but here are some papers to consider:
Coventry Rag Largest rolls are 60"x50yd 335gsm Coventry was created so screenprinting, meant to take dozens of layers of ink https://www.legionpaper.com/coventry-rag
Saunders Waterford Largest rolls are 60"x100yd 425gsm (HP/Smooth) or 60"x10yd (CP/Textured) Mouldmade watercolor paper that can stand up with the paint https://legionpaper.com/saunders-waterford
There are other options to consider as well, if you can tell us more about what you're looking for.
