Although we do not have a 100% cotton paper for markers (yet) an excellent alternative for permanent markers is the YUPO Translucent: www.legionpaper.com/yupo
Is there any update on this question? Still looking for a lightweight paper that works well with markers. For comparison, Borden and Riley 100 S and 627 were good when they were available. Strathmore 400 is ok for weight and surface though it’s not very durable, and it’s not all cotton. Clearprint 1000H is ok, but a little too lightweight. I’ve tried Stonehenge Light, and it worked ok, though maybe too much texture and absorbency. Also having trouble finding Stonehenge Light lately, was buying 9x12 pads in the past. thanks
