Hi! I purchased a single sheet of the stonehenge aqua hot pressed watercolour paper. I am new to watercolour and im not sure which side is the 'correct' side (i know some watercolour papers can only be used on one side). There is no marking or identification on the sheet to demonstrate which is the front or back. Does it matter which side i use, or is one side considered 'correct'? As there is no sticker on the paper, is there another way to determine the 'correct' side (eg- surface texture SEEM to differ slightly). Thank you!
You can paint on both sides of the paper. The Stonehenge Aqua is produced on a machine that creates the paper with virtually identical sides and doesn’t have the usual different felt and wire (front and back) textures
