Hi Isao,
The Copperplate paper is basically unsized so requires very little water to prepare it for printing. DO NOT soak it.
Misting the sheet or dampening between semi-wet (not soaking wet blotters will do the trick as well. As always try a small sheet first just to be on the safe side.
