Ask an Expert - Forum > Create my own paper for invitation making

Hi! I am going to be a bridesmaid for my best friend's wedding this fall. I am going to make the invitations, thank you cards, save the dates, programs, etc. I am in the preliminary stages of my research and brainstorming and am trying to gather ideas on how to design these for her.

I am interested in creating my own printing paper with some unique variations. The theme is country chic so simple elegance is what I am looking for. I am interested in a cardboard look but with textured leaves, or a leaf shape cutout to frame the wedding information.

Forgive me if I am not using the correct terminology or if I am being accidentally vague. Just looking for a step in the right direction.

Thanks,

Shena

Hi Shena, We offer a variety of papers that have that brown or kraft paper look. One of our best-sellers is the Stonehenge Kraft, which is a 100% cotton paper:

You may also be interested to use our Ultimate PaperSelector, which allows you to select and filter our papers based on your specific criteria:

A lot of this also depends on how intend to print on the paper: laser, inkjet, graphite, watercolor painting, etc...
