I have a very specific paper requirement which is kind of weird. But please bear with me.

I am looking for some kind of paper which is water resistant/proof on one side and when the other side is exposed to water will start disintegrating like a tissue.

This water proofing may be accomplished by some kind of plastic coating or other material. Can this be possibly achieved?

I believe we answered this offline months ago but...we don't know of an off-the-shelf paper that fits the bill. Sorry we can't help on this one!
