Ask an Expert - Forum > low impact products

I'm very interested in your products. From a supply chain as well as manufacturing/ processing side, which of your paper products has the lowest environmental impact? I've started a green architecture and design firm and am looking to utilize highly sustainable products in my business to support my culture of social and environmental stewardship. Thank you in advance!

Hi Brian,

Simple question with a complicated answer.

There are many factors to weigh when figuring lowest environmental impact. Local water supply, chemicals used, base fiber (based on renewability), distance traveled (raw materials and finished product), electricity used, method of manufacturing (by hand, by type of machine) are some.
