> Crane Lettra 220lb Paper Thickness
Do you know the thickness of Crane's Lettra 110lb and 220lb paper in millimeters?
June 5, 2015 |
Kristen
The 110lb (300gsm) is a 21pt thickness, and the 220lb (600gsm) is a 42pt thickness

Ian Vincent
Does that convert to inches or millimeters?
June 5, 2015 |
Kristen
pt is one thousandth of an inch, or .001". So 21pt is .021".
#110: .021", or .5334 mm
#220: .042", or 1.067 mm
Those are median tolerances and probably measure via a caliper which presses slightly into the grain of the paper until it flattens out.
