Hi Tim, We have a few options in the Moab Paper family of products (www.moabpaper.com) that will meet your needs. For a two-sided matte paper, take a look at Entrada Rag (http://moabpaper.com/entrada-rag/). Entrada is offered in both Bright and Natural and in all the formats you list.
If you're looking for an everyday two-sided photo paper, then you'll love the Lasal Photo Matte (http://moabpaper.com/lasal-photo/). This is a non-cotton paper and is also available in a wide range of sheets and rolls.
Finally, we have a new paper called Lasal Dual Semigloss (http://moabpaper.com/lasal-dual-semigloss-330/), which is only available in sheets. It's a unique heavyweight luster paper that is ideal for portfolios and books.
Hope this helps.

Hello,
I am looking for something very similar to Tim M. the only difference it would be that my job needs to be folded. SO the paper can't be too think nor too thin or see through.. I have images in one side and graphics in the other side.. What paper can I use? 11x17 is the min size i am looking for. thank you!

Hi Paulina, Thank you for your post. I would suggest either the Entrada Rag 190gsm or the Lasal Photo Matte 235gsm. Both are double-sided papers with high opacity yet thin enough to score and fold very well. Just make sure you fold with the grain. Our sheeted papers are labeled Grain Long or Grain Short with the GL or GS letters embedded within the lot number on the back of the label. Thank you.

The 5/30/14 post above suggests that lasal matte is available in double-sided rolls, which I woul love. Website says that rolls are only single-sided. I use the double-side sheets for my handmade books, but I waste a lot of paper because the size is not ideal. Are 2-sided rolls available?

Hi Mark,
The Lasal Matte rolls are one-sided, the sheets are two-sided. For handmade books, we would highly recommend Entrada Rag 190. It's a two-sided, 100% cotton sheet, in a perfect weight for bookmaking. There are a lot of sheet and roll sizes available. See www.moabpaper.com for more information.

that will let me make 9 x 23 double-sided prints on an Epson 7900.
So 17" or 24" rolls, or sheets larger than 17 x 22 would be ok. (13 x 19 not big enough)
Any suggestions? I am flexible on finish - 1st choice semi-matte.
Thanks
